一、下载TortoiseGit
到官网下载安装包：https://tortoisegit.org/download/
同时下载中文补丁
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/lulubin/lulublog.git/': Recv failure: Connection was reset
安装完成后在常规设置那里选择中文
二、配置TortoiseGit
SSH 客户端这里选择你的 git 安装路径下的 ssh.exe
